Q. I have 2 (or more) dogs, can I bring them both at the same time?

A. Yes, we can cater for up to 5 dogs at any one time.
Q. Do you offer a hand stripping service?

A. Yes, please see the Prices page or just give me a call.
Q. My dog is sometimes aggressive when I brush him, will that be a problem?

A. Not at all, I am used to aggressive dogs and can fit a muzzle to the dog if required.
Q. Do you have shampoo suitable for sensitive skin?

A. Yes, I have a wide range of shampoos.
Q. My new puppy is very nervous around the brush, is there anything I can do?

A. We offer a free service where your puppy can come and have a sniff around the salon for an hour, so he can get get used to the sounds and smells before his first appointment.
Q. My dog is aggressive towards other dogs, does this matter?
​
A. No, we have 3 secure cages to keep dogs seperate if needs be.
